This is one of the top major sake brand in Toyama prefecture where sake breweries like the brewing condintion; cold and chilled in winter time, and clean and less mineral spring water out.  This sake Tsubasa 50 is served in JAL first-class. It is Muroka Namagenshu condition, so really fruity and rich, and soft texture.

 

Food Pairings:  Pairs well with Japanese, French, and Italian seafood. Expecially with sweet shrimp, squid, or white fish.

Tasting Notes: While being uplifing and light on your palate, gives you a clean lingering finish. The very delicate green apple-like ginjo aroma will not distract your food pairing.
