This is one of the top major sake brand in Toyama prefecture where sake breweries like the brewing condintion; cold and chilled in winter time, and clean and less mineral spring water out. This sake Tsubasa 50 is served in JAL first-class. It is Muroka Namagenshu condition, so really fruity and rich, and soft texture.
