DESCRIPTION: Iinuma Honke, a sake brewery in Shusui Town, Chiba Prefecture, has been in business for 300 years.  Kinoe Ne Aki-agari is an autumn sake brewed by Iinuma Honke, which has a new label from 2021.  The original label looked like "the sake" with an image of Hanafuda (Japanese playing cards), but it has been changed to a stylish label with fluttering ginkgo leaves.  Kinoene sake is characterized by its "fresh" quality, but the "mature" element has been added to it in the form of Aki-agari.  The label is very stylish and perfect for the season that is moving from summer to autumn!  This sake is fun to compare with KINOENE JUNMAI GINJO.

What is the difference between Hiyaoroshi and Akiagari?

Hiyoroshi is a word that describes this type of sake and the sake itself.
Aki-agari" is a word that includes the meaning that the sake has improved its taste in autumn by its condition and maturation. The term also includes the meaning of "the sake has improved in taste in the autumn".

TATSTING NOTE: First impression is sweet.  Many layers of fruit aromas like pineapple, grape, muscat, green apple, etc.  No.1081 yeast intense!  Refreshing texture, Finish is short and fade away. It is good balance with Acidity and Sugar.

FOOD PAIRING: Faffy grilled Sanma, Sauteed salmon and mushrooms with butter and, Nasu dengaku eggplants
