TASTING NOTE: As you know, if the brewery use Yest NO. 77, it will become "The APPLE ACID" intense.  Here it is!  At top nose, you will catch American Red Apple aroma; not Fuji Apple or some high ranked apples.  Toasted sour apples.  Texture is refreshing, and vivid, slightly bubblie.  Finish is short and cut off.
