Tasting Notes: Since Mr. Katsuki, fomer production director, in presence at Matsumoto shuzo in Kyoto, has developed his style at Gochoda shuzo, their skill develped and refined dramatically.  This Junmai Ginjo is one of the sake we can tell their characteristic and their aim.  It is one of the face of Yamadanishiki rice sake to brew; not only soft and mellow and over-froral.

You will catch cleanness and light lemon grass aroma at top nose, in mouth feel, you will get tiny bublles at lip and toungue.  medium finish, but no bitterness or alcohol favor remains.
