Aged in oak barrels previously used for whiskey maturation, this 19% ABV sake combines whiskey's rich aroma with traditional sake characteristics. Made with premium Gohyakumangoku rice polished to 60%, the sake features smoky notes and malt flavors that perfectly complement sake's smooth umami. The drinking experience begins with distinct whiskey aromatics followed by sake's signature taste. It can be enjoyed chilled, on the rocks, or as an after-dinner drink, similar to how whiskey is served.
